Before purchase

Thank you for choosing carlife-mall products, to help clients have better purchase experience, please read below information prior to your order. 

  1. We can accept payment by paypal and west union for end user, paypal, west union and TT for wholesales, website can only pay by paypal, if you don’t have paypal account, please contact us.
  2. Usually we use DHL/ FEDEX/UPS/TNT for shipping, we can also ship by Aramex/ EMS for some country, if has question, can contact us to confirm.
  3. Our price excludes tax, we are not liable for any duty charges, different country has different policy, what we can do is help to reduce tax, but not pay for any tax.
  4. All our products have one year warranty from the date of purchase. It is only applicable to the original purchaser, can’t be transferred.
  5. Return & refund. Standard return policy is within 30 days from the tracking number issued date, If unit can’t work after our communication, you can return the unit after our approval and we will make the full refund after receipt of our goods, client pay the delivery to ship back. If good works, but client claims not as they expected, such as sound quality or screen UI style, this way CAN NOT REFUND, if client insist to refund, client need to pay both delivery cost.
  6. Repair & replacement. During warranty, if your unit has issue and we can’t solve remotely, you can return it for repair or replacement after our approval, clients will pay shipping fee from your country to China, and we will take charge of the shipping fee from China to you.
  7. For Android screen, if over warranty but client wants repair, client will need to pay repair cost, material cost and double delivery cost.
  8. When we offer tech-support, please show your problems in video format, and follow our steps for checking, we know this device well, so follow our steps will be faster to solve the issue.
  9. MOST IMPORTANT THINGS–when you install the device, before recover car frame, test all the functions from android& OEM to see if it works properly, if not, try contact with us online, this need you tell us in advance before you install the device. Because if you install in some workshop, the charge is very high, which maybe more expensive than the device, to save your money and avoid problems, contact us before your installation.
